Nature & Arts Camp
Nature and the arts go together like burgers and fries. They are great alone, but pair them together and you get something special. In this camp you will explore the plants and animals that call KC home and learn different artistic techniques to “capture” nature in the neighborhood. You will visit a local state park, conservation area and more. The week will culminate with a group art project at the Discovery Center.

Applications will be available April 1 at the Discovery Center and on the website. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by May 9. Campers living in the following zip codes will receive priority in the enrollment process and lottery: 64109, 64110, 64128, and 64130.
