Summit Grill is a casual American restaurant that opened in Lee's Summit in 2012, in Kansas City's historic Waldo neighborhood in 2014, and in the Northland community of Gladstone in 2018. The restaurant features a menu led by Culinary Director Po Wang. The menu features brunch, lunch, happy hour and dinner with an array of options including hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood, salads, burgers and dessert creations prepared fresh in-house. Summit Grill is managed by longtime restaurateurs Andy Lock and Domhnall Molloy, who have more than 40 years of combined experience in the restaurant industry.
