Camp Quality serves children with cancer and their families, by providing year-round programs, experiences, and companionship, at no cost. Camp Quality's signature program is a week-long residential summer camp experience for children affected by cancer ages 5-17 years old. Camp Quality promotes hope and inspiration while helping children foster life skills and develop their full potential.

Inquiring Chef Academy offers Montessori-inspired culinary camps for kids in the Brookside neighborhood of Kansas City. We are owned and operated by a Brookside mom and chef.

At our Day Camps and Week-Long Summer Camps your child will gain hands-on cooking experience and build confidence in the kitchen. We bake treats and design ways to present them and work in small groups to prepare our snacks and lunch. We play games, do colorful crafts, and learn hosting skills that will serve your child for years to come.

We use a variety of tools so that even our youngest campers can safely participate. No cooking experience needed.

 KidStrong Camps build stronger kids! Including a mixture of Character (confidence boosting and teamwork), Body (designed by our PTs, OTs, and Pediatricians), and Mind (games to improve focus + activity-based learning to accelerate developmental milestones). Camps also include themed projects + quiet time for learning activities. Your child will have a BLAST while learning and getting tons of physical activity. We’re reinforcing important skills like physical fitness, social skills, good sportsmanship, and more! Camps are open when schools are out (Spring Break, Summer, Christmas Break, etc)! Medical Explorers is a unique, hands-on healthcare experience perfect for students who are interested in science or healthcare. Camp consists of medical workshops where students learn practical skills like CPR Basics, Epi-Pen Training, Vitals, Wilderness Medicine, and Sports Medicine! Students learn over 300 medical terms and get exposure to over 20 healthcare careers. Students who shine during camp are asked to come back and help teach the next year-giving them healthcare leadership experience!

Our Rock 101 camp is designed for beginners 7-12 years of age. No experience necessary! Students will explore their instruments through musical games and activities. Students will learn, rehearse then perform songs by artists such as the Taylor Swift, ACDC, Green Day and Imagine Dragons. Our nurturing environment makes this the perfect camp for budding musicians. Students will work on songs all week then perform for parents and friends on Friday!

Parents enjoy the flexible day camp options to suit a range of summer schedules, and students love discovering new interests in our diverse classes. Whether a student wants to explore local Kansas City landmarks, dive into the world of Harry Potter, learn about cuisines from around the world, or play sports all day, there's a camp for everyone!
