Kick-off your Halloween with some trick or treating on board the KC Streetcar.
For the first time ever, the KC Streetcar Authority has teamed up with Kansas City based Russell Stover to bring a unique Halloween experience to streetcar riders.
On Thursday October 31, from 11:30am - 1:00pm, teams with Russell Stover and the KC Streetcar will be giving away special Halloween chocolates to trick or treaters on board all three streetcars. Participants can board any KC Streetcar in service that day, between 11:30am - 1:00pm, for these sweet treats. Costumes are welcome but not mandatory.
